The Lucina stud farm was opened in 1788 and it was in a region of (now) Romania which was controlled by the Austro-Hungarian Empire, but from 1918 (when Bucovina, the region where the farm is, was united with Romania) it has been administered by the Romanian state.
The buildings there, at least most of them, were destroyed during the First World War but they have been rebuilt and now it's one of the largest stud farms in Romania.

Peleș Castle is a Neo-Renaissance castle in the Carpathian Mountains, near Sinaia, in Prahova County, Romania, on an existing medieval route linking Transylvania and Wallachia, built between 1873 and 1914.
Its inauguration was held in 1883.
